Cedric Croft, founder  of TerraPacific has over 30 years experience in valuation, property and resource management. 

He is a Registered Valuer,Fellow of New Zealand Institute of Valuers (FNZIV)  and also a Member of Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand (MEIANZ).

During his 25 years as a senior lecturer at Lincoln University Cedric taught into the valuation and farm management undergraduate and post graduate degrees and diplomas.

Whilst at Lincoln he undertook a wide range of valuation and consulting work. This included residential valuations through to international training programmes on rural valuation and agricultural land management.
